   • In cases of medical or psychological emergencies, clients should seek immediate help from emergency services or a qualified medical professional.

4. Confidentiality and Privacy

   • We adhere to HIPAA regulations and maintain strict confidentiality for all client information, except in cases where disclosure is required by law (e.g., risk of harm to self or others).

5. Payment and Refund Policy

   • Payment for services must be made in advance, unless otherwise agreed upon.

   • Refunds are not provided for missed or late-canceled sessions. Exceptions may be made under extraordinary circumstances at LIVE CLEAN’s discretion.

   • Any form of harassment, discrimination, or disruptive behavior will result in termination of services without refund.
